Automotive Cooling Hoses solutions
Automotive cooling hoses are flexible conduits connecting the engine and radiator. Their core function is to deliver coolant to dissipate engine heat and ensure stable operation. A typical structure is a three-layer composite design: the inner layer uses high-temperature resistant ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber; the reinforcing layer uses polyester fiber or aramid cord braiding to enhance mechanical strength; and the outer layer also uses EPDM to resist environmental corrosion. These hoses can withstand extreme temperatures from -40°C to 140°C, and some products can even be used for short periods at 160°C. They also possess anti-aging, wear-resistant, and acid/alkali corrosion-resistant properties. In terms of length, common specifications cover a range from as short as 130 mm to over 6000 mm, and can be customized according to vehicle layout requirements.
